Deep Fritz 13 - Chess Forums

I just installed Deep Fritz 13 and would like to import a game of mine that was played on ChessWorld.net to the Deep Fritz program. Can anyone please tell me how this can be done. I tried directly, then put it on Notepad, then downloaded Chess Base Light. All programs are on the same Windows 8 laptop.
